Rejuvenation & Weight Loss Retreat Program

Bed & Breakfast accommodations included, plus any of the following options:

Moderate Cleanse: Three meals a day consisting of locally grown organic fruits, green and combination vegetable juices, assorted sprouts (including alfalfa, sunflower and buckwheat, etc) plus whole grains and lightly steamed vegetables. The Program is designed to restore strength, immune function and mildly detox the body.

Master Cleanse: Individually designed program consisting of psyllium and bentonite shakes with apple juice and special supplements plus wheat grass and rejuvelac, detoxing the whole body at the cellular level, including cleansing the bloodstream, and entire lymphatic and digestive systems.  Instruction on how to use the colema board (a do-it yourself) colon cleansing device.  Our naturopathic doctor also offers colonics in his office.  The cost for the Master Cleanse Program is $165 per day per person.  Extra cost for cleansing kit is $175 (includes special supplements, colema tip and tubing).

Rates for Moderate Cleanse Program Only are based on level of participation in food preparation and cleanup, plus hands-on training in wheat grass production, sprout gardening and permaculture.  This is your opportunity to learn how to prepare delicious and satisfying raw food dishes and take recipes home with you to instill new eating habits.
Full Participation in Food Prep: $195 per day per person, which includes private ocean front guestroom with bath and entire program.
Minimal Participation in Food Prep: $225 per day per person is designed for guests who want ample rest and rejuvenation time, which includes private ocean front guestroom with bath and entire program.
